1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal entity operating the software-as-a-service application ThreadToSale (accessible at threadtosale.com and related subdomains).
By creating an account, accessing, or using ThreadToSale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
ThreadToSale is an AI-assisted marketing intelligence platform designed to help founders, indie hackers, and growth teams discover high-intent buying discussions on public communities (such as Reddit and YouTube), score conversational relevance, and generate suggested contextual responses and account warmup material.
ThreadToSale is an information discovery and drafting tool. We do not automatically publish content to your social accounts; all actions on external websites are performed manually at your sole discretion.
3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree to use ThreadToSale exclusively for lawful, ethical business communications. You explicitly agree that you will NOT:
- Use the platform to distribute unsolicited spam, bulk commercial messages, deceptive links, or malicious software.
- Violate Reddit's Content Policy, YouTube's Community Guidelines, or any third-party platform rules.
- Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or organization.
- Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, scrape our proprietary database, or reverse-engineer our software.
- Operate multiple accounts to evade subscription limits or intent quotas.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found engaging in aggressive spam, abusive behavior, or unauthorized automated posting, without refund.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Stripe Billing
All financial transactions and recurring subscription billing are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe, Inc.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected interval. A first Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; you can cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. Accounts on the former Starter plan keep it until they change plans.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price using the payment method on file in Stripe.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days prior notice to active subscribers via email or platform notification.
- Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which will be collected by Stripe where legally required.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click through the self-service Stripe Customer Portal accessible inside the app settings.
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active at your paid tier until the end of your prepaid billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within an active cycle, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
If you are unsatisfied with ThreadToSale during your first 7 days of paid service on any tier, contact support@threadtosale.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
Your Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in the product descriptions, brand names, and custom instructions you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.
Our Platform: The ThreadToSale software, design system, brand assets, scoring algorithms, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Independent Service & Third-Party Platforms
ThreadToSale is an independent tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Reddit, Inc., YouTube LLC, or Google LLC.
Public discussions discovered by our scanners are generated by third-party internet users. We do not control, endorse, or verify the accuracy of third-party forum posts or comments.
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLISSFULPLAN PUBLISHING LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCOUNT STANDING ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
