This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Blissfulplan Publishing Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), the legal data controller for the ThreadToSale web application (located at threadtosale.com). We only collect information necessary to deliver our lead discovery and marketing automation services:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, password hash, and assigned subscription tier when you create an account.
  • Workspace & Product Configuration: Product names, website URLs, target buyer pain points, target subreddits, monitored YouTube channels, and user-specified keywords.
  • Public Forum Content (Processed as Data Intermediary): Public Reddit post titles, text excerpts, permalinks, and public YouTube video titles and comments that match your monitored keywords.
  • Technical & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and system timestamp logs collected automatically for operational stability and security audit purposes.

3. Stripe Payment Processing & Security

We partner with Stripe, Inc. to handle billing, checkout sessions, and recurring subscription payments.

ThreadToSale never receives, processes, or stores your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code. All sensitive payment card data is collected directly by Stripe via their PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure infrastructure.

When you subscribe, Stripe provides us with a non-sensitive customer identifier (e.g., cus_...), subscription status, and billing interval. You can view Stripe's comprehensive privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.

4. AI Sub-Processors & Data Handling

ThreadToSale connects to leading artificial intelligence models (such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and DeepSeek) to evaluate buying intent scores and draft contextual replies.

  • No Model Training on Private Data: We access AI providers exclusively through enterprise and developer API agreements that strictly prohibit using customer API prompts to train public AI foundation models.
  • Minimal Context Transmission: Only the public forum snippet and your product description necessary to calculate relevance are transmitted to the AI sub-processor.

5. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly for legitimate business purposes:

  1. To operate and maintain the 24/7 scanning, scoring, and deduplication engine.
  2. To generate tailored reply suggestions and safe karma warmup drafts.
  3. To send real-time lead alerts to your configured Discord, Slack, or webhook endpoints.
  4. To manage your active subscription, verify access permissions, and generate billing invoices.
  5. To prevent fraud, abuse, automated spam, and malicious bot activities.

6. Data Retention & Storage Security

Your workspace data, saved leads, and configuration are stored securely in database systems featuring at-rest encryption and encrypted HTTPS/TLS transmission. We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or cancel your service, you may request permanent data erasure at any time.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under applicable privacy laws, you possess comprehensive rights over your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can edit and update your product and account details at any time in the app settings.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request complete deletion of your account, workspaces, and lead history.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can export your leads, scores, and draft replies to CSV or JSON format at any time.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never deny services, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service if you exercise any privacy rights.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

ThreadToSale uses essential authentication cookies and browser LocalStorage solely to maintain your login session and remember your active workspace selection. We do not sell your personal information or use intrusive cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
